Jill Maidment

Jill Maidment, founder and CEO of Natural Talent, has built a global reputation in executive coaching and mentoring over the past two decades. She has also been honored as Most Transformational Female Executive Coach and Mentor of the Year 2025” by CToday Awards. With a background in sales, marketing, and client management at Air France, KLM, and the BBC, she later transitioned into consulting at Saville and Holdsworth (SHL). Throughout her early career, Jill was very engaged in training and mentoring, which further enhanced her desire to help people and organizations realize their potential. This encouraged her to create Natural Talent in 2003, with a vision to spur personal and professional change through customized coaching and development initiatives.

Jill’s outstanding contributions to leadership development have made her a recipient of some prestigious awards. In 2024, Education View named her “One of the UK’s Most Innovative Career Coaches with Strategic Talent” while she was leading the Top Management Development Agency in South UK, as recognized by South West Business Magazine. She also earned Global Individual Accreditation at the Senior Practitioner Level from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). In addition, solidifying her impact on the industry, she was awarded a nomination for an Honorary Doctorate in Management in 2025.
